What dream you ask? Hiking the PCT. What is it? The Pacific Crest Trail. Sigh-yes, the one in the movie. No, not because of the movie. Actually, I first learned about the trail in the 1970s and decided it was a hike I had to make one day.

The Soda Mountain Wilderness was especially nice. I might still be in it–I’m not sure.

Well, It was really uneventful today which was nice. It started out cloudy and cool and kinda stayed that way

I camped in the Brown Mountain lava fields at about mile 1764 which means that I did a 20-miler again.
