Not knowing what the Rim Village Cafe on the rim sold, we stopped in…cold case with energy drinks, veggie sticks, pre-made sandwiches and some easy serve items like chili dogs and soup.
Faceplant and Munchmix did some more live reconnaissance at Crater Lake and Mazama.

Well, the first leg of adventure is over, mostly. I’m here at Fish Lake hanging out having a beer. No cell, no wifi, no pay phone.
I camped in the Brown Mountain lava fields at about mile 1764 which means that I did a 20-miler again.
Well, It was really uneventful today which was nice. It started out cloudy and cool and kinda stayed that way
The Soda Mountain Wilderness was especially nice. I might still be in it–I’m not sure.
